The spacious dining & living areas provide polished timber floors area lead onto the deck areas, master and second bedrooms. The living area features a TV & ceiling fan. The master bedroom provides ensuite, ceiling fan, TV & video. The bedding configuration of the Beach house is 3 queen beds & 2 single beds. The second & third bedrooms also provide ceiling fans. Spend your time lazing around the private pool area that provides outdoor furniture and is surrounded by landscaped gardens. Modern kitchen facilities include microwave, dishwasher, large double fridge, electric oven & cook top. The main lounge area is stunning with polished timber floors, high ceilings, modern furniture & fittings. This area leads onto the deck area with views and features TV, DVD & CD stereo.

You can relax at the end of the day in the bar & pool room located on the first level. Features include pool table, separate shower & toilet. TV & DVD. The first level deck overlooks the pool and is the ideal entertaining area providing BBQ & dining furniture and leads to the bar & pool room. Located just a couple of minutes drive from the amenities of Coolum including shops, restaurants & patrolled beach.
