Starting from the top level being the fourth is the master bedroom, ensuite & parents retreat or second living area with large balcony, so you can awake & enjoy the spectacular ever changing ocean scenery, 2 bedrooms are on the third level, one with its own balcony, the second level is where the main living area and gourmet kitchen looks out to a large balcony over looking the pool and ocean backdrop, the second bathroom & laundry are also situated on this floor, polished timber floors have been used through-out the home, then we come to the first level where we have the fourth bedroom, third bathroom, wet bar and games room, access to the suspended solar heated pool can be achieved from the adjoining balcony, around the pool is a massive tiled deck area which is above the double garage,
